  I scheduled an appointment to take my drivers test here. I scheduled it around the end of JUNE, and the next appointment was September 15 on 3:45. So if that didn't suck enough, I was not told of everything that I needed to bring. We checked the day of to make sure that I had everything, but apparently I needed to bring certification of the Impact Texas Drivers video (which was enacted on September 1st) and wasn't sent out ANY e-mail or text notification, nor was that on their website in the list of requirements. Seriously? When we asked if we could just watch the video and come back to do the test, they said "Sorry, the tests end at 4:20, and the next available test isn't until November 13th". The lack of diplomacy and lack to communicate to me with what I needed is disgraceful. All of this could have been avoided by telling me what I needed via e-mail, text or call, or scheduling me before September 1st. I waited almost 3 months to find out that I couldn't get my license. I will NEVER come back to this location ever again.

  The worst drivers license office in the country. It was a 4 hour ordeal to get a new drivers license. I wonder if all these reviews actually went to this location because no one there was happy.
