  Went to the office to get information for my babies passport. Walked in at 4:14pm, the passport office closes at 4;00 but there are two ladies still there. Door is locked. There is a long line, so I just ask an older man taking care of a customer if he has one that I can take. He kinda laughs, while I'm looking down at my phone to see if I got the phone number of the passport office correct he yells twice from across the room( since that's where the applications are; I just thought they had them handy with them but whatever) which kind of application I want; Renew or first time. both times I say new but obviously he's pissed and can't or won't hear me. He goes back to his work place I get near him reach for the application and he just tosses it to the side while my hand is still reached out. He's an older man. White beard. Where's the manners??!!!! He could've easily said sorry man you can get in line, or you see the other corner across the room? She's closer to the applications. But gosh, so much rudeness.

  They forwarded a package that was supposed to be two-day delivery to another address because apparently they used to live in my house and we have the same last name, even though we are different families, and all my other mail has been arriving to this address properly.... Then they wanted me to pay extra money for the transfer and when I finally cleared up that I'm not paying for their mistake (more than having this package delayed a week), they finally try to drop it off and don't even knock. They just leave a note saying they attempted to and I can pick it up at this location...... Really tired of dealing with this.
